Great roleplays don’t just help the person who creates them, they often become useful reference points for others as well. A strong AI roleplay scenario gets reused, improved, and recommended across a team. Until now, however, those roleplays stayed with the person who created them.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Roleplay Sharing, a new feature that makes it easy to share the roleplays you’ve built in Yoodli with others in your organization. This helps proven roleplays reach more people and allows the scenarios and setup that work well to benefit the whole team.

Why we built Roleplay Sharing

We’ve consistently heard from managers, coaches, and leaders who wanted a simple way to pass along effective roleplays. Maybe it’s a sales team lead sharing a standout objection-handling scenario with their team, or a mentor helping practice a specific conversation. Previously, there was no direct way to do that inside Yoodli.

Roleplay sharing solves this by letting power users extend the impact of their work. Instead of recreating prompts or explaining scenarios over email, you can now share the exact roleplay you designed and let others practice it firsthand.

How it works

The experience is intentionally simple and seamless: create a roleplay and share it with teammates. If you’ve created a roleplay, you’ll now see a “Share” option directly in the builder experience. From there, you can share the roleplay with your teammates by email. Once they log into Yoodli, they can immediately start practicing the scenario you shared.

Org admins will need to enable this feature in Org Settings → Feature Access before anyone on the team can share roleplays. The setting is off by default, so make sure it’s toggled on to allow your organization to use roleplay sharing.

You’re free to share as many roleplays as you’d like, whenever it makes sense—whether you’re rolling out a new training initiative or simply passing along something that worked well.

Built for teams, today and tomorrow

Roleplay sharing is designed to make collaboration easy while keeping teams in control. Sharing stays within your organization, and admins can enable or disable the feature at any time, so it fits naturally into existing training and content workflows.

Ultimately, roleplay sharing helps turn individual expertise into shared progress. It makes it easy for teams to learn from what’s already working, accelerate skill development, and practice together more often.

Because the best roleplays deserve more than one audience.
Now, they can help your entire team grow!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Roleplay Sharing is a Yoodli feature that allows users to share AI-powered roleplays they’ve created with teammates in their organization. Shared roleplays can be practiced directly in Yoodli, helping teams scale effective sales training and communication practice.

Roleplay Sharing lets sales leaders and enablement teams distribute proven practice scenarios—like objection handling, discovery calls, or pitch practice—without rebuilding content. This makes sales training more consistent, repeatable, and aligned to real-world conversations.

Any user who has created a roleplay in Yoodli and has access to the feature can share their roleplays. Organization admins control whether Roleplay Sharing is enabled.

Each roleplay can be shared with up to 50 people at a time. You can share as many roleplays as you’d like.

Yes. Recipients log into Yoodli to practice the shared roleplay.

No. To ensure security and clarity, Roleplay Sharing is currently limited to users within the same B2B organization.

Roleplay Sharing is designed to enable peer-to-peer & manager-to-peer learning and knowledge transfer. Assignments, which are commonly requested by admins for structured training programs, are a separate concept and continue to be explored independently.

Roleplay Sharing supports experiential learning by allowing learners to actively practice realistic scenarios created by experienced teammates. Instead of passively consuming content, users learn by doing, receiving AI-driven feedback in a safe environment.

By spreading high-quality practice scenarios across teams, Roleplay Sharing helps sellers rehearse real conversations more often. Over time, this leads to stronger communication skills, better call performance, and improved sales outcomes.
