Today we shared why Yoodli is becoming the AI Platform for Human Skills. On October 13, 2026, we showed it in a live webinar and product demo: AI coaching, AI roleplays, AI experts, course creation, and skills analytics, all working together.
In a 30-minute live session, CEO and co-founder Varun Puri set the context, and VP of Product Kartik Murthy spent most of the time inside the product. He built a learning journey from a single prompt, opened the roleplay it generated, pulled up an AI expert inside Slack, and asked the analytics a question live. The chat filled up fast, and the questions told us as much as the demo did.
Here is what we covered, what you asked, and where to go next. If you missed it, you can watch the full recording here.
How teams use Yoodli today: onboarding, certification, and AI enablement
Varun opened where Yoodli began: helping people communicate with confidence. That is still the core. But customers kept taking the platform further than we planned, and the platform is following them.
Today, teams use Yoodli for five jobs beyond communication coaching:
- Onboarding new hires faster
- Certifications that prove someone is ready, not just that they finished a module
- AI tool enablement, teaching people to actually use the AI tools their company bought
- AI experts and tutors that answer questions and teach on demand
- Embedded coaches that show up inside the tools people already work in
One example Varun pointed to: the Government of El Salvador uses Yoodli to scale doctor-patient communication training nationwide. That is a long way from interview prep, and it is exactly the kind of work the AI Platform for Human Skills is built around.
The goal underneath all of it: help people get measurably better in their careers. In an AI-first world, how well you communicate and how fast you learn matter more, not less.
Live demo: the five capabilities of the AI Platform for Human Skills
The demo moved through all five capabilities, and they connect: what you build in one shows up in the next.
Yoodli Coach: AI coaching in the flow of work
Kartik started with the coach. It gets set up at onboarding and learns from every interaction after that. He showed prep for a call over the phone, a tip that surfaces during a Zoom meeting, and a weekly digest in Slack. Goals can come from the organization and from the learner, so the coaching supports both business priorities and personal growth.
Yoodli Create: build an AI-powered course from one prompt
Next, he typed a one-line description and built a complete learning journey on screen. Create turns an organization’s context into tutoring roleplays, games, decks, and more, and checks the content against the org’s own standards before it goes out. Approvals, versioning, and security reviews are built in.
One attendee asked whether you need to upload source material first. You don’t. If you add it, Create uses it. If you don’t, the AI fills in the details.
Yoodli Roleplays: realistic AI roleplay practice
Rather than a separate demo, Kartik opened the roleplay that Create had just generated. Roleplays can pull real context from systems of record, support two-way screen sharing, and grade learners against your own rubrics instead of a generic one.
Yoodli Personas: AI experts in Slack, on your site, and on calls
Personas are AI experts built from your data, integrations, and outside context. Kartik showed one answering questions in Slack, then working on a website and in a call. They respect enterprise permissions, track their own quality with built-in evals, and can hand off to a person when a question needs one.
Yoodli Measure: skills analytics, not completion rates
Kartik closed by switching between the admin and learner views, then asking the data a question in plain language. Measure explains the numbers, not just the charts, maps progress to business outcomes for managers, and gives every learner a clear next step.
Where Yoodli works: Zoom, Slack, phone, CRM, and more
A recurring theme: learning sticks when it shows up where the work happens, not in a separate tab people forget to open. Kartik walked through where Yoodli lives today and where it is headed.

One attendee asked whether the coach could appear inside Salesforce. That is on the list above, and it is a good signal of where customers want it most.
Webinar Q&A: frequently asked questions about Yoodli
The Q&A panel stayed busy the whole half hour. These were the questions that came up most, with the short answers.
How many languages does Yoodli support?
Yoodli works in more than 28 languages. The full list is in our help center.
Can sales reps practice for a specific customer account?
Yes. Yoodli roleplays can be grounded in past interactions with a specific customer, so a rep can rehearse the exact conversation they are about to have.
Is Yoodli used in regulated industries like healthcare and financial services?
Yes. Many Yoodli customers work in tightly regulated industries, and our Trust Center has the details security teams usually ask for. Bank of Colorado, for example, uses Yoodli for customer service training.
Should we build AI roleplay training in-house or buy a platform?
It depends on how much you want to own scoring, model updates, and coaching over time. We cover the tradeoffs in our guide, Build vs. buy for AI sales roleplay.
How do current customers get access to the new capabilities?
Reach out to your customer success manager. Several customers asked for early access during the session, and our team is following up with each of them directly.
Does Yoodli partner with training and coaching firms?
Yes. Yoodli partners with many training and coaching companies, and we would love to talk if that is you.
