At Yoodli, we believe the most important moments in business, the sales call that could close a deal, the presentation in front of an executive, the conversation that defines a customer relationship, shouldn’t be the first time someone tries. That belief is what drives everything we build. And today, it’s been recognized in a way that means a great deal to our team.
- Varun Puri, Yoodli’s co-founder and CEO, has been named a GTM10 Growth winner.
- Esha Joshi, Yoodli’s co-founder. President, & Chief Customer Officer, has been named a GTM10 Customer winner.
Both wins were announced on June 1, 2026 on the Nasdaq Billboard in New York City, a milestone that belongs as much to our customers as it does to us.

What Is the GTM10?
The GTM10 is a competitive, jury-selected program organized by Cello and backed by Lightspeed that recognizes the top go-to-market leaders across modern software companies. Winners are selected by panels of respected industry operators and investors, not an algorithm, not a popularity vote.
This year’s Customer category, backed by Fin by Intercom, was judged by:
- Cait Keohane, CCO at Airtable
- Rory Wilding, COO/CCO at Supabase
- Avalon Lee Bacon, Director of Talent at Dawn Capital
- Josh Abdulla, CCO at Asana
This year’s Growth category, backed by Apify, was judged by:
- Colin Bentley, VP Growth at Fin by Intercom
- Maja Voje, Founder & Author at Growth Lab
- Jenna Zucker, Partner at a16z
- Wade Foster, Co-founder & CEO at Zapier
A Word from Our Founders
On winning the Growth award, Varun shared:
“Growth that’s worth anything is growth that compounds, where every customer who succeeds becomes a reason the next one shows up. We’ve been fortunate that Yoodli’s value is measurable: 40% faster ramp times, 23% more deals closed for reps who practice consistently. But the number I care most about is 95% enterprise retention, because that tells you customers are getting better. That’s what we optimize for.”
On winning the Customer award, Esha shared:
“This recognition belongs to every customer who trusts us with something that really matters, how their teams communicate, prepare, and show up when it counts. We built Yoodli because we believe practice changes performance. This award is a reflection of what they’ve built with us.“
What These Wins Reflect
Esha’s Win: Customer Category
The GTM10 Customer award recognizes leaders who deliver exceptional, measurable outcomes for their customers at scale. For Esha, this is personal, she has built Yoodli around the conviction that the product only works if the customer genuinely improves.
That philosophy shows up in how we work with every customer. From Google Cloud certifying 15,000+ partner reps without scaling headcount, to Clari improving GTM conversation quality by 36% across five core skills, to Databricks turning passive learning into active application at their global tech summit, the through-line is always the same: did behavior change, and did outcomes follow?
Completion rates are where most training programs stop measuring. It’s where we start.
Varun’s Win: Growth Category
The GTM10 Growth award recognizes leaders driving scalable, compounding growth motions. For Varun, growth has always been inseparable from product, if people get better using Yoodli, they tell others. If they don’t, no growth strategy saves you.
Yoodli went from Series A to Series B in five months. Revenue grew 900% year over year. Nearly one million users have practiced with Yoodli across consumer and enterprise platforms. That velocity is real, but it’s built on a foundation: customers who achieve outcomes they couldn’t achieve before, and who expand Yoodli from one team to their whole organization as a result.
Why This Matters for Our Customers
We’re sharing this not to celebrate ourselves, but because these wins reflect a direction we’re committed to, and one we believe matters for every team navigating the gap between training and performance.
Most organizations today spend heavily on learning but struggle to answer a simple question: can our people handle the moment when it counts? Content management systems tell you who watched a video. Yoodli tells you whether someone can deliver the pitch, handle the objection, and advance the deal.
We’re building what we call the AI experiential learning platform for enterprise, a system where teams don’t just consume content, they practice real scenarios, receive consistent feedback, and build the muscle memory that shows up in live conversations. The loop of learn, practice, do, and prove, all in one place, without adding overhead for managers.
This is what Snowflake’s enablement team means when they say we recovered 1,600+ manager hours per quarter. It’s what RingCentral means when they cut mock call certification time by 90% using AI roleplays. It’s what Braintrust means when a pharma client’s connection skill jumped from 10% to 83% in three months, and they finally had a number to prove it.
What’s Next
These awards come at a moment of real momentum. We recently closed our Series B at a $300M valuation, grew 300% in headcount over the past year, and expanded our platform with AI Tutor and visual content capabilities that let learners go from learning a concept to practicing a skill, all inside the same session.
We’re continuing to build deeper for the enterprise customers who trust us with their most important conversations. If you’re exploring what better practice and readiness could unlock for your team, we’d love to show you.
