How to Use Content Spaces

  1. Access Content Spaces – Navigate to the Content view in Yoodli. You’ll see all your content grouped into a default Content Space.
  1. Manage Content Spaces – Click “Manage Content Spaces” to create and customize new Content Spaces as needed.
  1. Assign Admins – Utilize the new Content Space Admin role to grant specific team members control over particular spaces.
  1. Organize & Copy Content – Easily copy materials between spaces to maintain consistency across training programs.
