Describe the training you need by typing or out loud, the way you’d explain it to a colleague. Attach a playbook, product docs or links. Yoodli asks a few quick questions, then drafts the whole program in order. It uses roleplays from your library where they fit and creates new ones where they don’t, along with personas, custom goals and learning content built from your material and in your language. What used to take days now takes minutes.

Find problems before your learners do

The best way to judge a roleplay is to practice it. Test any roleplay right inside the program, the same way your learners will. Buyer too easy? Conversation going the wrong way? Tell the AI what to change. It stays open beside the practice session, so you fix issues in seconds instead of after launch.

Make changes without leaving the program

The new program workspace puts everything on one screen. The outline sits on the left, step details in the center and your AI at your side. Edit a roleplay’s description, persona, rubric, completion rules and content in place. Swap in a roleplay from your library or remove one in a click. Add card decks so learners get visual prompts and reference material during practice.

Or just ask, by typing or by voice. Say “make the buyer in step 3 push back harder on price” and the AI proposes the change.

Your existing programs get all of it

You don’t need to start over. Every program you’ve already built opens in the new workspace today, with the same AI assistant beside it. Test any roleplay, refine it by chat or by voice and edit its roleplays in place with no rebuild.
