Yoodli has been named a 2026 Inc. Power Partner, one of the B2B companies that Inc. recognizes each year in the Inc. Power Partner Awards for helping businesses grow. For us, the award matters less as a trophy than as a signal: our customers are seeing real, measurable results from AI-powered skills training.

“The best validation we get isn’t an award for Yoodli. It’s watching our customers’ teams get recognized for the work they do with us,” said Varun Puri, co-founder and CEO of Yoodli. “Organizations are under real pressure to get their people ready for an AI-first world, and practice alone doesn’t get them there. Our job is to help skills carry over into the moments that matter, and to show leaders the results.”

What the Inc. Power Partner Awards recognize

The awards honor B2B companies with a proven record of helping businesses build and scale. Honorees span hiring, compliance, technology, fundraising, marketing, and more. Inc. looks for partners whose customers actively champion them, not just use them.

“They don’t just have customers, they have superfans and evangelists,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc.

That point is the one we care about most. An Inc. Power Partner is only as strong as the results its customers can point to.

The proof: customers winning with Yoodli

Hundreds of partners bring Yoodli to their own clients today. “Every training company says their program works. The hard part is proving it,” said Jeff Bittner, senior director of digital and AI at Braintrust and a member of Yoodli’s Customer Advisory Board. “In two and a half years with Yoodli, we’ve mastered it. Every seller starts with a baseline and a personal record to beat, allowing us to coach the cause instead of the symptom. We’ve seen enterprise clients with hundreds of users adopt at 96%, and others increase their connection level from 22% to 67% in three months. That’s what a real partner does. We make our clients better by providing tools that move the needle.”

Other examples of partners driving real outcomes with Yoodli include:

LAK Group: The coaching firm embedded its proprietary frameworks into Yoodli, driving 9–12% sales performance gains and cutting sales-team turnover by up to 50% across its enterprise clients, deploying high-touch coaching at scale, without losing the human touch.

MTW Portugal: The 10-person communication training firm scaled coaching to 400+ learners on Yoodli, with one Telco client growing sales 20% in three months. They can now provide 19 years of behavioral expertise delivered on demand.

“Being a Power Partner means our customers’ results are the scoreboard,” said Mike Rich, head of partnerships at Yoodli. “We work alongside training firms, consultancies, and enablement leaders who build skills programs for their own clients. Together we create immersive training experiences and demonstrate measurable outcomes.”

Thank you to the partners behind our Inc. Power Partner recognition

Inc. builds the Power Partner list from references submitted by the companies a business works with, so this recognition belongs to them as much as to us. Today hundreds of partners build their training and coaching businesses on Yoodli. We’re humbled to have partners in every region developing training and coaching programs on the platform, across verticals and themes such as sales enablement, leadership development, managerial training, career building and more.

That includes Sellutions, which brings Yoodli to organizations across Latin America.

“What stands out most about Yoodli is the combination of product vision, speed, and genuine openness to building with partners,” said Marcelo Miraglino, president and CEO of Sellutions. “At Sellutions, we’re proud to be helping bring that new learning and readiness model to organizations across Latin America, turning innovation into practical, scalable adoption.”

It also includes Accepted Talent Hub, which uses Yoodli to build English speaking skills for graduates across Egypt and the MENA region. The work is part of a government-backed Train-to-Hire program that has placed graduates at Teleperformance, Hexaware, and Concentrix.

“For us at Accepted Talent Hub, Yoodli is not just a tool. It is a genuine partner in building something that has never existed before in the Middle East: a scalable, AI-powered English language training system that connects graduates to global employment,” said Mohamed Ashraf, CEO of Accepted Talent Hub. “Our students have completed 5,652 role plays and recorded over 27,194 minutes of spoken practice, with detailed feedback on fluency, grammar, and pronunciation after every session. That is the equivalent of hundreds of hours of one-on-one coaching that we could never have delivered through instructors alone.”

We’re grateful to work alongside partners who bring better skills training to the teams they serve.

Why AI skills training is now a business priority

Every organization is asking the same question: how do we get our people ready for an AI-first world? Traditional training struggles to answer it. Content gets consumed, but behavior rarely changes, and leaders can’t see what has improved.

An AI skills platform closes that gap. With Yoodli, teams can:

“When we started Yoodli, we believed everyone deserved a coach who could help them get better at the conversations that shape their careers,” said Esha Joshi, co-founder, president and chief customer officer of Yoodli. “Seeing teams at Google and Intuit win industry awards for the programs they built with us is the best proof of that idea. Our customers are the ones doing the hard work. We’re proud to be the partner helping them show it.”

A year of momentum beyond the Inc. Power Partner award

The Inc. Power Partner recognition caps a strong 2026. Yoodli was named to TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 in the Education category and to LinkedIn’s 2026 Top Startups list for Seattle. The team grew past 100 employees and moved into a new headquarters at Pier 70 on the Seattle waterfront.

Today, organizations including Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and Intuit use Yoodli to coach, train, and measure human skills across their workforce.

This year, two of our customers earned 11 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for programs built on Yoodli.

These teams didn’t just roll out a new tool. They built enablement programs where people practice realistic conversations, get AI coaching, and carry those skills into real customer moments, and they can measure the improvement.
